1. Our contract with you when purchasing from Will Nock Studio:

Workshop Collections - Mawnan & Arvor ranges

When ordering from either the ‘Mawnan’ or ‘Arvor’ ranges via willnockstudo.com , a confirmation email outlining your order and lead times will be sent to you via the contact details given to us. The workshop has examples of the product ranges available to view in person if you able to visit - contact us via willnockstudio@gmail.com to arrange an appointment.

Bespoke commissions

Bespoke commissions will be discussed with the workshop in depth prior to agreeing the order. If you are local to the workshop in Falmouth, we can arrange a face to face meeting, alternatively a phone call can be booked in. With any commission, a contract will be written up to include the specifics of your order, with a deposit required prior to the commission commencing. Any phone or in person discussions will be put in writing to you as the consumer to ensure complete transparency between both parties.

Lead times

Depending on availability in the workshop, most products are made to order. We may have stock of smaller items such as the Mawnan Stool or Side Table in which case you order will be sent out straight away. When ordering via the willnockstudio.com, each product page will give an indication of the current lead time for that item. Bespoke commissions will have their own lead time which will be discussed with you when your place your order through the workshop. Will be ensure to keep you up to date with lead times incase of any changes.

3. Payment terms

Furniture bought through willnockstudio.com will require full payment upfront, via debit or credit card. The only exception to this is for commissioned works beyond the collection found on our website. Once discussed with the workshop, a deposit will be paid prior to the work commencing, paid via bank transfer. Full payment, using the same payment method will then be required before the item is packaged and delivered.

4. Risk and ownership of our products

Once your piece/s of furniture have been delivered to you, the risk of damage to the product is passed to you as the consumer. If you choose to collect directly from us, this risk is passed on from the time the furniture leaves the workshop.
