• Pieces are made individually from raw materials and as such no two are ever the exact same.

   

• Dimensions are listed approximately and may deviate slightly from that stated online or in an invoice.

• Naturally occurring characteristics in the wood are not discarded unless they impact the strength and longevity of the item. These features include; knots, shakes and tonal deviation.

• (Please let us know prior to ordering if you need precise measurements or specific wood character preferences)

• All one person seats * (stools, chairs, ect.) have a maximum recommended load tolerance of 90kg (unless otherwise stated or bespoke commissions).

• * The Mawnan Bench has a load tolerance of 150kg.

• All tables have a maximum recommended load tolerance of 40kg (unless otherwise stated or bespoke commissions).

• All furniture items are designed to bear weight where all legs are in contact with the floor and weight distributed evenly over the legs. Damage by improper use of an item will be deemed the fault of the buyer.

• All wooden products are subject to natural decay. To prolong the life of your item, please follow the care guide.

  Refunds/Returns/Repairs

• Products from the core Arvor and Mawnan range can be returned within 7 days of delivery/collection. To begin a return, first contact Will Nock Studio.

• Refunds will be issued following inspection of the item(s). Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to be fully processed.

• For bespoke commissions, the buyers ability to return item(s) will be at the sole discretion of Will Nock Studio.

• The responsibility and cost of returning the item(s) in the same condition is solely that of the buyer. If returning via post, it is advised to opt to insure the item(s) to its full value as refunds will not be given if goods are returned damaged.

• If item(s) appear damaged upon delivery, please take comprehensive pictures of the damage as well as the packaging and send to Will Nock Studio within 24 hours of arrival. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement. In this instance the cost of return post will be reimbursed to the buyer.

• If a fault occurs in any product from Will Nock Studio, it is essential to take comprehensive pictures of the damage and keep every loose part of wood that has detached.

• If faulty, Will Nock Studio will repair or replace items within 12 months of purchase. Beyond 12 months, there may be costs associated with repairs.

• Whether the damage is due to a faulty item or improper use is at the sole discretion of Will Nock Studio.
